The Advanced Breakout contains a USB hub and USB to UART chipset to enable access to debug UART and trigger entry to DFU by software.
V3.0 and newer enable USB access to the Apple TV 4K in normal mode as well as DFU and recovery. Shipping begins 4th June 2020 AEST.

Possibly could work for others, but the instructions were difficult to follow even with basic soldering experience, the heatsink also does not fit flat even using the mitigation techniques noted by the seller.
